Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 43winph Platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 43winph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Philippine Peso (₱): GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guide: e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) carry a minimum deposit of ₱100; bank transfer methods (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) carry a minimum deposit of ₱500. These minimums are subject to change and the current applicable minimums are displayed at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour; BPI and BDO withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) hours; Metrobank withdrawals within one (1) to six (6) hours. These timeframes are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.
43winph is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 43winph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and game restrictions. The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 43winph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
